Joan M. Dojutrek, Age 82. Beloved wife of the late Hank. Loving mother of Michael (Claudia) Greene and the late Robert (Maureen) Greene. Fond grandmother of Steven (Caroline), Kristen, William, and Thomas Greene. Great grandmother of Caden and Parker Greene. Dear sister of the late John Robert Duda. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Joan was an executive secretary for Leaf Candy Company for 30 yrs. Joan was the past President of the Resurrection Hospital Women’s Auxiliary, Past President of VFW Post 1284, and was also Past District. She was also a member of the Polish Women’s Civic Club and logged over 4,000 volunteer hours at Resurrection Hospital. Visitation Wednesday May 7 from 3 to 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral Thursday 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home and will proceed to St. Juliana Church in Chicago for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
