Beloved son of the late Franciszek and late Magdelena nee Sutor. Dear brother of the late Jozef(Maria) Kaleta, Brother of the Late Stanislaw(Irena) Kaleta, Brother of the Late Stefan (Emilia) Kaleta and Sister Maria Sroka. Uncle to many Nieces and Nephews. Visitation Friday, Aug. 30th, 2013 from 3pm to 9pm at Cumberland Chapels located at 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral Service will begin Saturday at 9:30am at the funeral home and proceed to St. Francis Borgia in Chicago for Mass at 10:30am. Entombment will be in the St. Adalbert Cemetary. Jerzy was a member of Kolo Parafii 53 Klikuszowa.
