Jerzy Guzik, age 68, passed away on April 7, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Maria, nee Landowska, for 47 wonderful years; loving father of Ewa (John) Wajda, Adam (Martinique) Pozniak, Miroslawa (Bogdan) Babicz and Catherine (Eric) Sologaistoa; cherished grandfather of Margaret (Ben) Burnham, Michael Wajda, Amaris and Martin Pozniak, Joshua and Christopher Babicz, Parker and Eric Sologaista Jr.; fond uncle of many. Visitation Friday from 3:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services will begin at 10:00a.m. on Saturday, at the funeral home, and will proceed to St. Stanislaus Bishop and Martyr Church 5352 W.
