Jerry J. Pontarelli , suddenly, age 57. Beloved son of the late Ida nee Forte and the late Jerry Pontarelli. Loving brother of Gabriella (Mel ) Tallungan, John (Linda) and Anthony (Cathy) Pontarelli. Dearest uncle of Mark (Kim), Stephen, Daniel, Kasey, Kimmi, Anthony, Joseph, Gerard, Nicholas, Mia and John Paul. Visitation Monday Aug. 13, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W, Lawrence Ave. Norridge. Funeral Tuesday beginning at 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home and proceeding to Mary Seat of Wisdom Church in Park Ridge for Mass at 10:00 a.m..
