Jerry Hunt

Jerry J. Hunt, age 80, passed away suddenly, at his home, on August 23. Jerry was the beloved husband of Nancy J., nee Daniels, for 59 wonderful years; loving father of James G. (Mary), Dennis R. (Vicky) and Lynn A. Hunt; dearest son of the late Frances and Joseph Hunt; special brother in-law of Mary (Bill) Huff and Barbara (Donald) Tegtmeyer; fond uncle of Gary (Erin) Pupurs, Ryan Tegtmeyer, Karen (Jim) Humble, Jason and Andrew (Lynn Ann) Tegtmeyer; great uncle of Sophia, James and Alexander. Jerry was employed with Com Ed for 39 years and he was a member of and served as treasurer and steward for I.B.E.W. In lieu of flowers, donations to: Misericordia Heart of Mercy 6175A 6300 N. Funeral services will begin at 9:00a.m. on Monday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Celestine Church in Elmwood Park for Mass at 10:00a.m. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
