Jeanette G. Wozniak, Age 91, nee Czernecki. Beloved wife of the late Ted. Loving mother of Michelle (Thomas) Hamilton. Cherished grandmother of Shaun Michael Thaddeus Hamilton. Dear sister of the late Rose, Helen, Marie, Betty, William, Joseph, Frank and Michael. Fond aunt, godmother and friend of many. Special Thanks to all her caregivers for their many years of service. Jeanette was a member of the St. Eugene Altar and Rosary Society and the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Visitation Friday Sept. 12 from 3 to 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral Saturday 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home and will then proceed to St. Eugene Church for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
