Jean Covill

Jean Covill, Age 77, of Rosemont. She is survived by her sister, Carole and her nieces and nephews: Robert, Joan, Patricia, David and Susan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lyle and Margaret nee Gorman and her brother David. Jean was born and raised in Chicago and lived most of her life in Rosemont. She worked for over 30 yrs. at Montgomery Ward. She was very proud of her time at Montgomery Ward and did several jobs while there. She had a life-long love of learning and the church. She was actively involved in her church throughout her life and made many friends there. She was very close to her mother and father and after her father passed she lived with and took care of her mother until her death. She greatly enjoyed her nieces and nephews and their children. Visitation Saturday June 15th from 9:00 a.m. until time of funeral service 11:30 a.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Interment Acacia Park Cemetery.
