Janette L. Formaggio, nee Schultz, Age 89. Beloved wife of the late Vincent. Loving mother of Steven (Pam), Scott, Barbara (Sergio) Rajkovich-Formaggio and the late Bruce Formaggio. Cherished grandmother of Francisco & Larissa Formaggio, Elisabetta & Vincenzo Rajkovich. Great grandmother of three. Dear sister of Donna (late Ken) Holtz and was preceded in death by five sisters and four brothers. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday July 12 from 3 to 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral Wednesday, lying in state from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service 11:00 a.m. at St. James Lutheran Church, 7400 W. Foster, Chicago. Interment Memory Gardens Cemetery.
