Jane Poulos

Jane Poulos (nee Costabile) of Des Plaines, 76, passed away on December 16, 2023. Jane was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Poulos. Jane is the beloved sister of (the late Joan) and Joe DeBell, Barbara and (the late Tom) Grau, (the late Maryann) and George Frugoli. She was a fond sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend of many. In lieu of flowers donations to the Children's foundation ( http://www.tcfil.org/donate.html or the American Cancer Society www.cancer.org  would be apprecitated.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Wednesday December 20th 2023 at Our Lady of Hope Church, 9711 W Devon Ave, Rosemont, IL. Interment will follow at  Elmwood Cemetery in River Grove, Il.
