Jan Tylka, aged 65. Born April 10, 1953. Passed away April 4, 2019. Beloved husband of Alicja together for 46 wonderful years, married for 43 years. Loving father of Renee Tylka-Dudek, and Annette (Joe) Tylka-Michaelson. Beloved son of the late Jozef and the late Franciszka Tylka. Adored grandfather of Matthew, Nicole, Isabel, and Joanna. Dear brother of Wladyslaw (Helena) Tylka, Katarzyna (Jozef) Kowalkowski, and Maria (Marian) Mucha. Dear brother-in-law of Roman (Christine) Pietrucha, Marion (Sophie) Pietrucha, George (Eva) Pietrucha,and Margaret( Mike) Carnes. Loving godfather and uncle of many. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 9, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge. Funeral will begin on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home, then proceed to St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church, 8033 W Addison, Chicago, for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. Interment Maryhill Cemetery, 8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles.
