James A. Sullivan, age 92, at rest on April 16, 2024. James was a proud Veteran in the United States Navy and Member of the American Legion Lincoln Square Post #473. Loving husband of the late Helen. Loving father of Richard (Joanne) Jakob and Henry (Jeri) Jakob. Cherished grandfather of Matthew (Jessica) Jakob and Richard Jakob. Great grandfather of Riley, Parker and Michael Jakob. Dear brother of many brothers and sisters. Fun Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Visitation for James will take place on Friday, April 19, 2024 from 9:00 am until 10:30 am at Cumberaland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norrige, Il. The funeral will then proceed to Queen of Peace Parish at St. Eugene Church in Chicago for 11:00 am Mass. Entombment will follow at Mt. Emblem Cemetery in Ellmhurst Illinois
