James E. Perkins, age 70, passed away on November 4, 2022. Loving son of the late Robert J and the late Luella Perkins. Dear brother John (Linda) Perkins, Jerome (Robbin) Perkins and the late Jeanne Taylor. Fond uncle of several nieces and nephews. Private burial has taken place at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
