Jaime Hernandez, age 76, passed away on January 18, 2021. Jaime was the beloved husband of Gloria, nee Ramos, for 43 wonderful years; loving father of Mark James (Martha) Hernandez and Kathleen Gloria (Sam) Hernandez Byrd; dearest son of the late Milagros and Romulo Hernandez; cherished grandfather of Jaziah, Gabriel, Andrew, Niko, Noah, Naomi, Noel, Nevyn, Nathan, Nixon, Neiman, Niles and Naya; dear brother of Jessie (Angelina), Jerome (Teresita), Jeffrey (Cecilia) and the late Jerwin Hernandez; fond uncle of many. Visitation Thursday, January 21, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral Friday, friends and family are asked to meet at 10:15 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church 7211 W. Talcott, Chicago, IL for a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. The interment will follow at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles. Donation to the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington D.C. would be appreciated.
