Jacqueline "Jackie" Kukielka, age 44, passed away suddenly on May 14, 2021. Jackie was the loving mother of Will Batka; dearest daughter of Susan J. and the late Fred J. Kukielka; beloved granddaughter of Celia and the late Casimir Danek and the late Fred and Jean Kukielka; dear sister of Jeff (Lisa) and Jon Kukielka; fond aunt of Alyssa and Ty. Jackie was a school teacher with Chicago, Franklin Park and Montgomery school districts. Memorial Visitation Thursday, May 20, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Family and friends are asked to gather at Divine Savior Church at 10:15 a.m. on Friday, May 21, 2021, for a Memorial Mass at 10:30 a.m. The inurnment will follow, family and friends will gather at Maryhill Cemetery office in Niles at 12:20 p.m. for a 12:30 p.m. graveside service.
