Jack E. Felke, 69, at rest July 5, 2024. Beloved husband of Gerri (Devine) for 44 wonderful years. Loving father of John (Nicole) Felke, Brian (Maggie) Felke, Colleen (Brendan Toolan) Felke, Kevin (Talor) Felke. Dear son of the late Earl and Lois Felke. Fond Papa of Grace, Rose, Brooke, Emily, Jimmy, Maeve. Dear brother-in-law of many; fond uncle of many. A lifetime resident of Norwood Park , Jack was a 50 year member of IBEW Local 134, and worked for the Chicago Park District for over 30 years.
Rest in peace, Dad. We are ever grateful for the immeasurable love, guidance and joy you provided everyday of our lives. We will never forget the memories you created with us, and your legacy will continue to live on through the love we share with each other. You will always be in our hearts.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 9, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge. Funeral services will begin on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home then proceed to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Chicago, for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jack’s memory to Misericordia Home, Chicago. Info: 708-456-8300
