Jack DiChristofano Jr., Age 74. Beloved husband of Irma nee Notardonato. Loving father of Jacqueline (Frank) Vitacco, James DiChristofano and the late Phyllis DiChristofano. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday January 29th from 3 to 9:00 p.m. at CUMBERLAND CHAPELS, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral Wednesday 9:00 a.m., from the funeral home, and will proceed to St. Celestine Church, Elmwood Park, Mass 10:00 a.m. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
