Jack Curda

Jack Joseph Curda, 79, of International Falls, MN passed away April 22, 2014. He was born in Chicago, IL on August 18, 1934. He was married to the late Barbara (Davies) Curda. He was a loving and devoted husband and father. Jack was a champion of life and worked very hard to care for his family. Liked by strangers for his friendly smile and approachable demeanor, they would become instant lifelong friends. He fought through bladder and lung cancer which ultimately took his life. Jack is survived by his two sons, Joseph and his wife Miky, living in Irvine, CA, and Stephen and his wife Leslie of Chicago, IL, and by 8 grandchildren, Sarah, Joseph, Riley, Piper, Benjamin, Major, Glory and Saylor. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Arthur and Joan Curda, and his sister and brother-in-law, Robert and Alice Szczesny. The funeral service will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery Chapel with burial immediately following.
