Loving father of Svitlana (Ivan) Oliynyk, Volodimir (Nataliya) Luchan and Nadiya (Roman) Tretyak. Loving grandfather of Oksana (Stanislav) Tsyupa, Andriy, Chrystyna, Nataliya, Volodimir, Victor and Mathew. and great grandfather of Alexandar. Visitation Sunday, February 20, 2022 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. Funeral Monday, beginning at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. and then proceed to Saint Sophia Orthodox Church in Des Plaines for 11:00 a.m. Service. Interment will follow at St Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery in Bloomingdale.
