Irma DiChristofano (née Notardonato)
Irma DiChristofano, age 77, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on September 15, 2025.
Beloved wife of the late Jack; loving mother of Jackie (Frank) Vitacco, Jimmy (Jenny), and the late Phyllis DiChristofano; dearest daughter of the late Cristina (née Virgilio) and Arcangelo Notardonato; cherished Nonna of Josephine DiChristofano; dearest sister of Domenica (the late Osvaldo) Mercuri, Immaculata (the late Luigi) Geronazzo, Pia (the late Constantino) Capaldo, her twin sister Aurelia (the late Nicola) DiCristofano, and the late Eleanora Notardonato; and a fond aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Irma was a devoted and longtime member of Società Santa Liberata di Pizzone in Chicago, where she found great joy in faith, family, and community.
Visitation: Friday, September 19, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL.
Funeral Services: Saturday, September 20, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home, proceeding to St. Celestine Church (St. Mother Theodore Guerin Parish), 3020 N. 76th Ct., Elmwood Park, for a 10:00 a.m. Mass.
Interment: Mount Carmel Catholic Cemetery, Hillside, IL.
