Irinea "Irene" Abdon, age 85, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2025. Irinea was the loving mother of Ludy, Sylvia and Armando Abdon, Jr.; dearest daughter of the late Segundina and Clemente Abaya; beloved sister of Clemente, Susan and the late Ernesto and Manuel Abaya and Nena Tandoc; fond aunt of many.
Visitation Friday, July 18, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, at the funeral home, and then proceed to St. Eugene Church for Mass at 10:00 a.m. The interment will follow at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles.
