Irene M. Tupy, passed away Tuesday November 22, 2016 at the age of 103. Beloved wife of the late John. Loving daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Susek. Dear sister of the late Frank (the late Julia) Susek. Fond aunt of Daniel Susek, F.S.C., Janice Susek, Jacqueline Susek and Ron Pavlik. Lying in state Saturday November 26th 2016 from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady Mother of the Church 8747 W Lawrence Ave, Chicago, IL 60656. Entombment will follow at the Queen of Heaven Mausoleum in Hillside. Irene was a member of Our Lady Mother of the Church Woman's Club and Friendship Club and was a lifelong member of the Slovak Catholic Sokol.
