Irene Paradowski

With great sadness we are informing you about the passing of our Mom, Irene Paradowski nee Laskowska, wife of the late Henry at the age of 99.
Mom was a great, loving person who kept our family together. She was a Varsovian, and in her youth she survived Second World War, and Warsaw Uprising. She came to USA in 1961 with husband Henry and four children ages 17 – 9. She and our dad achieved the American Dream. They raised and educated us, and helped us to achieve our potential. She was patriotic. She loved this country, and she remained loyal to the old country, Poland. She and our dad will remain in our hearts forever. May she rest in peace.
Her children, daughters and sons-in-law: Theresa Bochnik (Stanislaw), Eva Swiss (Tom), Grace Borkowicz (Jerry), son, Wieslaw (Wally) Paradowski with wife, Elzbieta (Elizabeth) nee (Kurkus). Grandchildren: George Bochnik, Robert (Cherie) Bochnik, John Paradowski, Greg Swiss, Allyson and Natalie Borkowicz. Preceded in death: Shawn Borkowicz (premie 1989). Great-grandchildren: Jessica Zannini (Bochnik), Sarah Bochnik, Dylan Bochnik and Tim, Faith, Charlene Dolezal, also the rest of the family and friends.
Visitation for Irene will take place on Thursday, July 3, 2025 from 8:30 am until 9:30 am at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. The funeral will then proceed to Queen of Peace Parish at St. Eugene Church for 10:00 am Mass. Interment will follow at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles, Il.
