Irene V. Muellner, nee Twarog, age 95, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2021. Irene was the beloved wife of the late John F.; loving mother of Marilyn C. (James) Tobin, Thomas M. (Sandy) Muellner, Donna J. (the late David) Barnes and the late John L. "Larry" Muellner, and loving mother in-law of Maggie Muellner; dearest daughter of the late Balbine and John Twarog; cherished grandmother of Michael, Brian and Kristin Tobin, Ian (Sandra) and Evan Muellner, Lauren (Kyle) Hinchley, Melissa (Josh) Quartana, Cameron Barnes, Josh and Zoe (Brendan McCarthy) Muellner; great grandmother of Anastasia, Dalton, Ella, Giana and Gio; dear sister of Dorothy "Dottie" (William) Fang; fond aunt of many. Visitation Wednesday, November 3, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home, and then proceed to St. Constance Church in Chicago for mass at 11:00 a.m. The interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in River Grove, IL.
