Irena Pindel (nee Sznura) age 70, at rest on January 6, 2021. Beloved wife of Jozef. Loving mother of Adriana (Piotr) Hadlaw and Krzysztof (Kinga) Pindel. Cherished grandmother of Nelly and Peter. Dear daughter of the late Marian and the late Wanda Sznura. Fond sister of Jerzy (Grazyna) Sznura and the late Wienczyslawa Stroz. Fond aunt of Paul (Kelly) Sznura, Janet Sznura, Robert (Gina) Stroz. Great aunt of Quinn and James Sznura and Danny, Tony and Ava Stroz. Irena was a loving friend to many and her comforting dogs Lucy, Dexter, and Sam. Visitation Sunday, January 10, 2021 from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. Funeral Monday, beginning at the funeral home 9:00 a.m. and then proceed to St. Gertrude Church in Franklin Park for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment will follow at Eden Memorial Park Cemetery in Schiller Park.

We kindly ask that you quickly exit the funeral home after paying your respects to the family so that all visitors have an opportunity to enter. Please wear masks and practice proper social distancing. Until further notice, the coffee room is not available for use. Please refrain from bringing food or beverage into the funeral home.
