Herman Burton

Herman Burton, age 76, passed away on March 27, 2025. Born in Cairo, IL. Herman was the beloved husband of Daniela (nee Ceccarelli) for 42 wonderful years; loving father of Justin Paul and Andrea Nicole (Matthew Wenckowski); cherished papa to Lucca Matteo and caring uncle to many nieces and nephews. Herman was preceded in death by his parents, Elza and Margie Burton, his four brothers and sister. Herman will always be remembered for his patience, kindness, unwavering dedication to family, his love of Italian food and his moves on the dance floor. His life was a testament to selflessness and the ability to live life without judgement.

Visitation will be Monday, March 31st, 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge.  Funeral Services will begin on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home, then proceed to St. Paul of the Cross Church, Park Ridge, for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. Entombment will follow at All Saints Cemetery.
