Hercules “ Lee “ Calogeropoulos 97 of Crystal Lake .  At rest Saturday, September 6, 2025.  He was born in Methoni Greece  a longtime employee of the Zenith Corp., former Sunday School Teacher at Holy Trinity Church Chicago and devoted member of St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church in Elgin for over 25 years.   Beloved husband of the late Aphrodite “ Dorothy “ nee Spiro. Loving father of Janet Giarmidis and the late Nick. Pappou of Alexander (Carissa) Giarmidis and Christina (Brian) Greene. Beloved son of the late Nicholas and the late Ekaterina .Fond brother of the late Vasilious, the late Georgia, the late Panagiota, the late Elias and the late Constantinos. Uncle and great uncle to many, father in law to Thanos Giarmidis. Visitation Thursday, September 11 ^th from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Cumberland Chapels (FRIEL FUNERAL DIRECTORS) 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Family and friends are to meet on Friday 10:45 A.M. at the Elmwood, Cemetery Transfiguration of Our Savior Chapel. Funeral Service 11:00 A.M.. Interment Elmwood Cemetery.
