Treasured grandmother of Carys, Olivia, Matthew, Jack, Luke and Burke. Visitation Friday, August 7th from 3:00 TO 8:00 P.M. at Cumberland Chapels (FRIEL FUNERAL DIRECTORS) 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral services Begin: Saturday at 9:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home and will proceed to St Priscilla Church. Funeral Mass 10:00 A.M.. The Entombment will take place at the St. Joseph Cemetery, Crucifixion Garden Mausoleum, River Grove. Henryka’s family would like to give a special” Thank You” to the nurses at Resurrection Hospital.
