Haroula Kostelis (nee Stathakis) age 85, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2025. Haroula affectionately known as "Mommy K" was the beloved wife of the late Louis; loving mother of Nick (Francis) Kostelis; dear daughter of the late Ipatea and Demetrios Stathakis; cherished grandmother of Ashley, Joshua and Elia; dearest sister of the late Lambros (the late Eleni) and the late George Stathakis; fond aunt of Ipatea (Paul) Tsombanidis, Alexa and Martha.

Visitation Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at the funeral home, and then proceed to Transfiguration of Our Lord Chapel at Elmwood Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. Greek Orthodox Service at 11:00 a.m. The interment will occur directly after the service.
