Hanna Kostyuk

Hanna Kostyuk age 68, passed away on December 30, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Petro Kostyuk. Loving mother of Nataliya Kostyuk, Volodymyr (Nadia) Kostyuk and Maryana (Stepan) Kostyuk. Dearest grandmother of Dinis, Andriy, Nelia and Sofiya Kostyuk. She is also survived by many other loving relatives both here and in Ukraine.
Visitation will take place on Friday, January 2, 2026 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Illinois. Funeral Saturday, beginning at the funeral home at 9:30 am and then proceed to St. Joseph the Betrothed Ukrainian Catholic Church for 10:30 am service. Interment will be private.
