Glordenia San Buenaventura

Glordenia San Buenaventura, age 63. Denny is survived by her husband Danilo San Buenaventura; son Dan San Buenventura; siblings: Clauderia DeLeon (Jamie), their children Kenneth, Denson and James; Glaudenio Cruz (Mitzi), their children Glaiza and Aaron; Glodeline DeLeon, her children Jael and Jed; Johnadette Adams (Aaron) and their son Jalen. She was preceded in death by parents Claudio and Gloria Cruz; brother Clauriano Cruz (Nida), their children Clark and Carla, and sister Claurinda Pedida (Dan), their daughter Claudine.

Denny, a successful Physical Therapist for more than 35 years, a devout Catholic, loved life. She enjoyed family parties, touring holy grounds and churches, spending time with family and friends both here in Chicago and in the Philippines. A beloved wife and sister, she devoted all her life to her son and husband, and to her extended family. She was a doting, caring and loving aunt to nieces and nephew.

She was always bursting with laughter and endeared herself to everyone she met. She never failed to put others before herself. Her passing leaves a void in the lives and hearts of those who knew her and loved her.

Visitation will be on Friday December 3, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL 60706. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home, then proceed to St. Monica Catholic Church, Chicago, for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt.
