Glennis Holowicki

Glennis Margo Holowicki (Lansberry) was born in Kettering, England where she met her husband of 68 years, Eugene Holowicki, while he was stationed there while in the Air Force. They were married in England and moved to the States where they raised their four children, Linda, Steven, Anthony and Carol, to be strong and independent. She loved her 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She also loved to garden, dance, and travel. Sadly, she spent the last 10 years battling dementia when she passed away peacefully at the age of 86 on Saturday, January 28th, 2023 at Central Baptist Village. In lieu of flowers or gifts, consider a donation to the Alzheimer’s Association on her behalf at www.alz.org. Visitation for Glennis will take place on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 from 9:00 am until time of Funeral Service at 12:00 noon at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Arlington Heights.
