Beloved Husband of Vincenza nee Zummo. Loving father of John (Kelly), Tony (Sue) D'Acquisto, and Rose (Pete) Lemanis. Beloved son of the late Giovanni and Rosalia (nee Madonia) D'Acquisto. Fond grandfather of Tyler, Colin, Joey, Daniella, Isabella, Parker, Dylan and Savannah. Dear brother of Anna (Paolo) Patellaro and the late Maria (the late Salvatore) Miceli. Fond uncle and friend to many.

Visitation Tuesday, June 16, 2026 from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL 60706. Funeral Services begin Wednesday 10:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home and will proceed to St. John Brebeuf Church, Niles, IL, Mass at 11:00 a.m. Entombment Maryhill Mausoleum. Member of Panormus Italian Club.  And proud retired member of Teamsters Local 705.
