Gerry Sasso

Gerry J. Sasso, age 69, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2025. Gerry was the beloved husband of Michelle M. (nee Flynn) for 36 wondeful years; loving father of Tony Donato; dear son of the late Lucretia (nee Bozzi) and the late Joseph Sasso; dearest brother of Agnes (Joe) McHugh, and fond uncle of Lisa (Josh) Lewis and Patrick (Eraida) McHugh.

Gerry’s creative, talents and artistic expressions brought him success in opening Techniques salon in Park Ridge. His passion for sharing his knowledge and talent as an owner, colorist and stylist enabled his stylists to thrive.

Gerry pursued his appreciation and true love of music as an artist and musician playing the drums with the Ambassadors and the Twisters  as well other bands!

Memorial Visitation Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. (Memorial Service 6:00 p.m.) at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. All Services will conclude on Wednesday evening and the interment will be private. For more information call (708)456-8300.
