Geraldine A. "Patsy" Fergus (nee Kaepplinger) age 96, at rest on September 3, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.  Beloved wife of the late James "Jim" Fergus. Loving mother of Tim (Patti) Fergus and Suzanne (the late Charley) Wick, Terry (Susan), Jim (Carol), Don, Mike (Mary) Fergus, Joan (Dave) Hall and Marty (Mona) Fergus; cherished grandmother of 19; great grandmother of 18. Dear sister of Sr. Joan Kaepplinger (Schools Sisters of St. Francis). Pat was a Volunteer at Misericordia Home for 20 years. In lieu of flowers, donations to Misericordia, https://www.misericordia.com/ would be appreciated. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 from 3:00 until 8:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Funeral Thursday, beginning at the funeral home at 9:00 am and then proceeed to Our Lady Mother of the Church in Chicago for 10:00 am Mass. Interment will be private.
