Manaves, 86, of Chicago, born in Skotini, Argos, Greece, beloved husband of the late Aglaia; loving mother of Peter (Joanna), Val (Tina), William (Joanne), Anastasia (George) Sarantopoulos and Angie (Peter) Capetanos; devoted grandfather of Aglaia, Dimitra, Dina, George, George, Alexandra and George; dear brother of Matthew, Panagiota, Gus, the late Stamata, the late Panagiota and the late Kostandina; fond uncle to many. Funeral Tuesday, May 15, beginning at 8:30 a.m. from Cumberland Chapels and proceeding to St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Elmhurst for 10 a.m. service. Interment Elmwood Cemetery.
