Freddie Toms III, 16; Passed away suddenly on July 6th. Cherished son of Maria (nee Costabile) and Fred Toms, Jr. Loving brother of Eugene and Matthew; Dearest uncle to Connor and Hannah; Beloved grandson of Judy (the late Fred) Toms and the late Eugene (the late Theresa) Costabile; Dear nephew of Anthony (Rhonna) Costabile; Melissa (William) Warren and Justin (Sandy) Toms and wonderful cousin to Jason, Jordan and Jamie Costabile, Olivia Warren and Tyler and Jake Toms. Memorial visitation will be Monday July 24th from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge.
