Frank Donato

Frank A. Donato, age 80, U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War, passed away on May 13, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Frank was the beloved husband of Mary E., nee Del Medico, for 51 wonderful years; loving father of Frank D. (Anna) and Dan J. (Amanda) Donato; dearest son of the late Lucille and Frank Donato; cherished grandfather of Samantha, Alex, Gianna and Stella Donato; dear brother of Jim H. (Eula) and the late Raymond Donato and the late Judy Escamilla; fond uncle of many. Visitation Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Cyprian Church in River Grove for a Mass at 10:00 a.m. The entombment will follow at Christ the King Mausoleum in Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
