Frank M. Czajkowksi, 73; Loving husband of the late Marie; Dear father of Cari (Joseph) Netzel and Frank R. Czajkowski and grandfather of Joseph and Michelle; Cherished brother of Sandra Scruggs; Beloved son of the late Esther and the late Frank Czajkowski. Visitation Friday Jan. 2nd from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge.Procession will follow visitation to Our Lady, Mother of the Church for 11:30 am Funeral Mass.Entombment will be at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Christ the King Mausoleum.
