Francesco "Frank" Florio, age 91, passed away September 5th surrounded by his loving family. Frank was the beloved husband of the late Stella, nee Carbonara; loving father of Teresa Bursoni and the late Pasquale (Karen) Florio and the late Cosima Gervais; cherished grandfather of Christin (Mason) Hanan, Matthew Bursoni, Kaleigh Gervais, Ernest John, Francesco and Vincenzo Bursoni and Isabella Florio; dear brother of Nina Colletta, Anna (Gaetano) Fortunata and Frank was preceded in death by 2 siblings; fond uncle of many and loving master, and personal chef, of the late Sara. Visitation Thursday, September 7th, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Francis Borgia Church for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at All Saints Mausoleum.
