Frances Karr

Frances C. "Fran" Karr (Kepple) (Stern), age 79, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2024. Fran was the beloved mother of Melodie Shamie and Rick (Deanna) Stern; dear daughter of the late Joan and Russell Kepple; cherished grandmother of Tyler and Lauren Shamie, Priscilla, Bennett, Sofia and Barrett Stern; fond aunt, niece, cousin and friend of many.



Visitation Saturday, June 29, 2024, from 12:00 noon until the time of a 4:00 p.m. Service at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. All Services will conclude following the 4:00 p.m. service, and the interment will be private. For more information call (708)456-8300.
