Florence Panfil

Florence C. Panfil, nee Schaeffer, age 94, passed away on July 13th surrounded by her loving family. Florence was the beloved wife of the late Fred F. for 49 wonderful years; loving mother of Thomas F. (Helen) and Richard S. (Karen) Panfil, Jeanne M. (the late Frank) Weinand, Debra L. (Patrick) Cusack and John P. (Marybeth) Panfil; cherished grandmother of 14 and great grandmother of 30; dearest sister of Dorothy Williams, Valjean Tyndall and the late Valentine, Maryann and Kathleen and a fond aunt of many. Florence was a 25 year employee of Jewel Food Stores and an active member of St. Eugene Parish. Please omit flowers. Visitation Monday, July 17th, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Eugene Church for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
