Everett Schlegel

Everett R. “Jim” Schlegel, age 102. Everett was a Pearl Harbor survivor. Beloved husband of the late Lorraine Schlegel nee Krysiak for 37 years; loving father of Beverly “Stormy” (Robert) Capiga and Bill “William” (Connie) Schlegel; fond grandfather of Robert, Brenda, Joseph, Helen, Susan, and Scott; great grandfather of Celeste, Meadow, Bobby, and Foxley; great great grandfather of Zena Rose; loving uncle of several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 14, 2022, from 9:00 am until the time of the Chapel Service at 11:00 am at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, IL 60706.
