Evelyn Panek, 97, passed away July 26, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Alfred. Loving mother of Fred Panek, Colleen (the late Terry) Breslin, Gary (Tina) Panek. Beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Nora Bysiek. Loving grandmother of Leslie, Michael, Joe, Matt, Nick, the late Debbie. Great grandmother 11; great-great grandmother of one. Dear sister of Lorraine (Edward) Bartosh. Fond aunt of many. Visitation will be Sunday, July 29, from 2:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge. Funeral will begin on Monday at 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home, then proceed to Immaculate Conception Church, Chicago, for Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
