Eugene Lisowski, 96, passed away December 23, 2020. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn nee Fruzynski. Loving father of Eugenia (Dennis) Courtney, Robert (Elizabeth) Lisowski, Constance (Robert) Blecha. Beloved grandfather of Joseph (Chrissie), Andrew (Sherri) Michael (Matt), Matthew (Jenaya), Scott (Lori), Kimberly (Junior), the late Brett. Great grandfather of 7. Dear brother of the late Estelle, John, Edward, Berniece, Thaddeus. Fond uncle of many. Proud Second Lieutenant in the Army Air Force during World War II. Longtime member of the International Union of Elevator Constructors Local 2 and retired elevator inspector for the City of Chicago. Visitation will be Saturday, January 2, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge. Funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m., then proceed to St. Eugene Church, Chicago, for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
