Eufemia Kalaw

The long journey has ended for a life well-lived. Eufemia Enopia Kalaw is now at peace with the Lord at age 102, beloved wife of the late Felipe Libuit Kalaw, loving mother of Evelyn (Francisco Jr.) Espina, Acton (Monina) Kalaw, Medelyn (Semiro) Cabriga, Emerita (Apolo) Ventocilla, most proud Lola of Enrico and Teresa Espina; Myra, Aldwin, and Maita Kalaw; Marco Cabriga (Jeanel); Nicholas (MJ) Ventocilla, cherished great grandmother of Jaxon Piessens and Nathaniel Cabriga, cherished member of the Picardal clan, caring aunt to numerous nephews and nieces.

Funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. St. Ferdinand’s Church, 5900 W. Barry Ave., Chicago. Interment and graveside service at Maryhill Cemetery, 8600 N. Milwaukee Ave., Niles.

In light of the current COVID-19 situation, funeral mass attendees are enjoined to observe existing guidelines by practicing social distancing and using face coverings.
