Czys, nee Augustyn, age 100, beloved wife of the late Albert; preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Sophia (nee Cypcar) Augustyn; sisters, Julia (Albert) Smith and Cecile (Willard) Clark; brothers, Chester (Stella) Augustyn and Casimir Augustyn. Survived by her daughters, Carol (Dan) Jones and Maryann (Patrick) Edwards; and granddaughters Anna Edwards and Carolyn Edwards. r est in peace, Mom; we will miss you. Visitation Saturday, 9 a.m. until time of prayers at 10:30 a.m., from Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, proceeding to Our Lady Mother of the Church.
