Ellen P. Cummings, age 96, Born March 18, 1927 and passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Edmund W. Cummings Jr. Loving mother of Patrick (Mary) Cummings, Patricia (Ray) Peters, and Maureen (Tom) French, and the late Kathleen Cummings. Cherished grandmother of Brian (Katie) Cummings, James (Courtney) Cummings, Kevin Cummings, PJ (Diana) Cummings, and Kyle Cummings and great grandmother of Emma, Ryan, and Liam Cummings. Ellen was preceded in death by many brothers and sisters. Fond aunt, cousin and friend to many. In Lieu of flowers, donations to Haymarket Center 120 N Sangamon St, Chicago, IL 60607. Memorial Visitation and Memorial Mass will take place on Friday August 18, 2023 from 10:00 am until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 am At Immaculate Conception Church 7211 W Talcott Ave, Chicago, IL 60631. Interment will be private.
