Elias "Louie" Kritikos passed away on May 2nd, 2024 at the very young age of 41. He was born on October 3rd, 1982 in Chicago, IL. He was a devoted son to George and Marianna Kritikos. Born third out of four siblings. Beloved husband of Kristina Kritikos née Gianaris of 14 years (best friends and soulmates for 25). They met during their teenage years and spent a lifetime together. Their love and devotion for each other was more than admirable. He was a loving father to Arianna Kritikos, his absolute pride and joy. He was a patient man and an even more patient father. A man of grace and kindness. He was loved by so many. A true example of honor, love, and strength. Protector of his family and trusted friend. He was a calm soul and a model of tranquility. He cared deeply and wholeheartedly for those close to him. He will forever be remembered by his wife as a man that defined chivalry. He was an exceptional husband, father and all around gentleman. His wife and daughter meant the world to him. We mourn the loss of an extraordinary human. He will be missed immensely.

Visitation Monday, May 13, 2024 from 4 – 9 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Family and friends will meet Tuesday morning at St. George Greek Orthodox Church 2701 N. Sheffield Ave., Chicago, IL 60614 for 10:30 a.m. Funeral Service. Interment Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send all donations to The Arianna Kritikos college fund Care of Saint George Greek Orthodox Church.
