Elena Moretti

Elena Moretti age 92, passed away on August 4, 2026. Elena was born on March 22, 1934 in Calabria Italy and resided on the far northwest side of Chicago. Elena was the beloved wife of the late Oscar. Cherished mother of Lina (Scott) Sloop, Mario (Lori) Moretti and the late Carmine Moretti. Dearest grandmother of Jesse Bonner, Lia Moretti, Elena Moretti and Alyssa Moretti. Great grandmother of Leela, Dutchie Moretti-Arndt and Grace Moretti. Dear sister of Peter (the late Carmela) Scola, Ricky (the late Anna) Scola, Mario (Ralph) and the late Mary Pincenti. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Elena will take place on Sunday, August 9, 2026 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm and then on Monday from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 12:00 noon at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Illinois 60706. Entombment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in the Indoor Mausoleum, Des Plaines, Illinois.
