Elena Gagliano

Elena Margherita Gagliano, nee Cusumano, age 80, passed away peacefully at home on March 19, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. Elena was the beloved wife of the late Angelo; loving mother of Vince (Renee), Angelo (Maria) and Maurizio Gagliano and Rose (Tom) LoPresto; dearest daughter of the late Margherita and Vincenzo Cusumano; cherished grandmother of Angelo and David (Sabrina) Gagliano, Laura (Steve) Allegretti, Elena (Mel) Hanna, Michelle (Tim) McNamara, Gabriella, Maurizio, Michael and Sara Gagliano, Tommy LoPresto, Vincenzo Gagliano and Julia LoPresto; great grandmother of of Alexander, Dominick, Leonardo, Brianna and Camden; dear sister of Giuseppe, Vincenzo, Nancy and the late Tina, Salvatore, Giuseppina, Dominic and Maria Concetta, and she was a fond aunt of many. Visitation Monday, March 22, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Philip the Apostle Church in Addison for Mass at 10:00 a.m. The interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines, IL. Due to the current health guidelines, we are limited to 50 attendees at a time. We kindly ask that you exit the funeral home after paying your respects to the family so that all visitors have an opportunity to enter. Please wear masks and practice proper social distancing.
